This a little unfair for attacker. Lets assume that I sent 2 attacks on 14:00. Troops marchs will take 2 hours (per mission) so timer start counting from 16:00. Next day. Timer ends on 16:00. It's time when I can send my troops again. So my troops will arrive on 18:00. So in real limit takes (not 24 but...) 26h. The limit should be set to 22h (it's easier than setting timier when mission is send - imho).

Your example is strictly based on a 2 hour journey travel time.
What if it was 10 hours to reach? Should it be set to 14 hours against a domain?
No...

It doesn't make sense to adjust it in this way given your argument.

Why it doesn't make sense? Max reach of smart attack is 2h. Nobady won't give enemy 8h to defence. 2h is based on game system (block for spells and get rewards). Another solution (and more fair) is to block not by send time but arrival time (when my troops I have 1.5h to goal and 1,5h to take block off. So I can send attack couse when it reach enemy (not when I'm send army) the timy pass.

Right now the game works by arrival time, not send time.
This is how you reached your original argument of it taking "26" hours to be able to attack again.

If it were from send time, then you could attack at exactly the same time everyday with the same attack, which is not how it is; it is 24 hours from the arrival time.

Yes - that's what I'm talking about Now I can attack at exactly the same time + march time every day. That's not fair. It's not 24h.
